return/refund policy

A full refund is offered for work cancelled 24hrs before delivery date.

12 hours notice is required for change of an address, or notification of a change of delivery day.

delivery times

Delivery is for the date ordered unless on a public holiday – we will send out on the next working day.

If a Sunday date given will be delivered before or after date given. Saturday deliveries need to be ordered 24 hours prior (NZ time).

Kapiti Coast orders need to be placed 24 hrs before delivery date (NZ time). Please note Kapiti Coast deliveries are only available on weekdays – no deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery charge is $35.
